Confirmation of Issue Price per Ordinary Share in respect of those Shareholders
participating in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Scheme in relation to the
Interim Dividend of 2.5 pence per Ordinary Share to be paid on 4 August 2006

The Directors have determined that participation in the Company's Dividend
Reinvestment Scheme in respect of the Interim Dividend to be paid on 4 August
2006 will be at an issue price of 99.94 pence per ordinary share, being the
unaudited Net Asset Value at 31 March 2006 (102.44 pence per Ordinary Share)
less the amount of the interim dividend payable per share on 4 August 2006.

A further announcement confirming the number of shares allotted under the Terms
and Conditions of the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Scheme and details of the
revised issued share capital of the Company will be made shortly.
