Further to the announcement made by the Company on 31 October 2006, Electra
Kingsway VCT Plc has today issued a circular in connection with the proposed C
Share offers for subscription.  The circular contains a notice of an
Extraordinary General Meeting that will be held at 10:30 am on 5 February 2007
at 10 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2AL.



The circular has been submitted to the UKLA, and will shortly be available for
