The Company announces that it has received valid applications for C shares of 1p
each ("C Shares") with payment in full at 100p per C Share and made the
following allotment:



On 11 June 2007, 444,951 C Shares were allotted and issued in respect of the
valid applications received by the Company under its Offers for Subscription.



Following this allotment on 11 June 2007 the Offer for Subscription has now been
closed.
