Equities Limited purchased 13,300,000 of Elcom's common shares (representing
3.65% of the Company's issued common shares) and that it subsequently sold
7,135,000 of such shares reducing its holding to 6,165,000 common shares
(representing 1.69% of the Company's issued common shares).
