Appointment of NOMAD and Joint Corporate Broker


Eleksen Group plc, which makes smart fabrics that can be programmed to control
electronic devices such as PDAs and MP3s, is pleased to announce that it has
appointed Panmure Gordon & Co as NOMAD and joint corporate broker with immediate
effect. City Capital Corporation will continue to act for Eleksen as joint
corporate broker.
