The results for the year ended 31 December 2000 will be published shortly and
the Directors anticipate that they will. show a substantial loss. Negotiations
are currently taking place, which may lead to a significant injection of
capital, failing which the accounts may not be unqualified.



As announced on 9 May 2001, in order to conserve cash resources, the Company
has considerably reduced its operating costs.
