In accordance with AIM Rule 17, the Company announces that Mr Antonio Teixeira, 
a director and Deputy Executive Chairman of the Company, has informed the 
Company that, on 24 June 2009, A1 Grand Prix Operations Limited, a company of 
which Mr Teixeira is a director, was placed into compulsory liquidation. 
Subsequently, on 6 October 2009, the Court discharged the winding up order and 
placed A1 Grand Prix Operations Limited into administration. 
 
 
A further announcement will be made if appropriate.
