Completion of the Disposal 
 
Further to the announcement made on 27 August 2010 that the Resolution to 
approve the Disposal of the Private Equity Portfolio was duly passed at the 
Extraordinary General Meeting, the Board is pleased to announce that the 
disposal of the Private Equity Portfolio to the ESO Fund, a limited partnership 
majority owned by EPE Special Opportunities plc, completed on 31 August 2010.
