Share Dealings by Karoo Investment Fund S.C.A. SICAV-SIF

The Company was notified on 12 September 2016 that the Karoo Investment Fund S.C.A. SICAV-SIF ("Karoo") disposed of its interest in the Company representing 1,352,598 shares, or 17.49% of the issued share capital, in separate transactions on 9 September 2016 and 12 September 2016. Karoo is advised by Clearance Capital Limited, an entity controlled by Mr Wessel Hamman, a director of the Company.

The Company was further notified that Clearance Capital (Cayman) Limited, an entity controlled by Mr Hamman, acquired 333,799 shares, representing 4.32% of the issued share capital and that Clearance Cantara Fund, an entity not controlled by Mr Hamman but which is a mutual fund managed by Clearance Capital, also acquired 333,799 shares, representing 4.32%.
