The Board of European Real Estate Investment Trust Limited confirms that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of shareholders was held at 10am on 29 June 2017 at the Company's registered office, Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey.

The following ordinary resolutions were passed:

1 To receive and adopt the annual report and audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2016, together with the directors' report and the auditors' report;

2 To re-appoint BDO Limited as auditors of the Company until the conclusion of the next general meeting of the Company at which the financial statements of the Company are laid before the members;

   3         To authorise the Directors to determine the remuneration of the auditors; 
   4         To re-appoint Jan van der Vlist as Director of the Company; 

5 To renew the Company's authority to make market purchases of its own shares in accordance with Section 315 of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (as amended).
