                Result of extraordinary shareholders meeting

At  the  extraordinary shareholders meeting of Etam Developpement held today,
all  resolutions necessary to implement and carry out the Offer, including  a
resolution  to delegate to the managers of Etam  Developpement the  power  to
increase the share capital of Etam Developpement by issuing and allotting the
New Etam Developpement Shares, were duly passed.
