                           Shareholding Notification



EUKI has today received notification under section 198 of the Companies Act 1985
that as at 1 April 2005, following a disposal of ordinary shares in the Company
(the "Shares") on that date, Catalyst Investment Group Limited are the
beneficial owners of 3,371,800 Shares, representing 38.06% of the Company's
issued share capital.
