                Result of General Meeting and Capital Reduction





Result of General Meeting



The Board of the Company announces that, at the General Meeting held earlier
today, the following resolutions were all duly passed:


Resolution 1:         to approve the disposal of the Hosting and Network 
                      Services Division; and


Resolution 2:         to grant authority to the Company to repurchase Ordinary 
                      Shares for the purposes of the Tender Offers.





Capital Reduction



The Capital Reduction (as described in the Reduction Circular dated 8 February
2008) has been approved by the High Court of Justice in England and Wales and
has now become effective.
