Declaration of interim dividend 
 
The board announces that the directors have declared an interim dividend of 7 
pence per share in respect of the year ended 30 June 2010 which compares with 
the final dividend of 6.25 pence per share and special dividend of 7.50 pence 
per share which were paid in 2009. The dividend will be paid on 6 September 
2010 to shareholders on the register on 13 August 2010. No final dividend for 
the year ended 30 June 2010 will be paid.
