Capital Structure following Exercise of Unquoted Options, Option
Expiry and Cash Placement
Ordinary fully paid shares totaling 6,400,000 have now been placed by
Finders Resources Limited (Company) for AUD 20 cents cash each, being
the first tranche of the $5.6 million fund raising announced 20 March
2009 on AIM.
Directors and their related entities also exercised unlisted options,
each to acquire one ordinary fully paid share for AUD 50 cents, by
paying cash or converting existing fixed conversion price advances,
as follows:
