      Capital Structure following Granting of Unquoted Options 
 
1,000,000 unquoted options have been granted in accordance with the 
Finders Resources Limited ("Finders", AIM & ASX ticker FND) Employee 
Incentive Option Scheme. 
 
Following are the terms of these options: 
 
Exercise price is 30 cents. 
 
Grant Date: 16 April 2009. 
 
Each Option provides the right for the option holder to acquire one 
fully paid Share upon payment of the Exercise Price for each Share. 
 
        i)                                            500,000 options 
("Tranche 1 Options") vesting on 10 May 2009; and 
       ii)                                            500,000 options 
("Tranche 2 Options") vesting on the securing of finance for 
commercial production from the Full Scale Wetar Copper Project. 
 
Expiry Date means: 
 
i)           in respect to Tranche 1 Options, the date which is 3 
years after the Grant Date; and 
ii)          in respect to Tranche 2 Options, the date which is 5 
years after the Grant Date. 
 
Full Scale Wetar Copper Project: means the Wetar copper project 
commissioned to produce at the rate approved by the Board following 
completion of a feasibility study.
