Change in Directors' Interests & Significant Shareholders
The revised holdings of significant shareholders and directors of
Finders Resources Ltd ("Finders") (AIM & ASX ticker "FND") following
the completion of the placement and share purchase plan (SPP) that
was initially announced on 4 August 2009 are set out in the tables
below. These reflect the increase in Finders' total issued ordinary
share capital to 180,159,733 ordinary shares, participation in the
placement and SPP and a reduction in the holding of one director
(Robert Thomson) as a result of the end of an association with
another party that held 50,000 shares.
The revised directors total direct and indirect holdings in ordinary
shares in Finders (holdings of options are unchanged) are as follows:
