Final Interim Dividend

The board of Framlington Income & Capital Trust PLC announces that a final
interim dividend of 1.50 pence per income share will be paid on 30 September
2008 to shareholders on the register on 12 September 2008.

For practical reasons, the dividend is based on the directors' current estimate
of the Company's net revenue reserves for the period to 25 September 2008,
rather than Effective Date, 30 September 2008. The Liquidators may make a
capital distribution to Income Shareholders following implementation of the
Proposals for the reconstruction and winding up of the Company in respect of
any undistributed net revenue arising during the period prior to 30 September
2008.
