                               Board Appointment





The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Easthope (35) as
Finance Director, in a full-time capacity, with immediate effect.  Stephen takes
over the position from Chris Marsh who has acted in a part time capacity since
February 2007. Chris Marsh will be leaving the Board of Directors and the
Company.



Stephen, a  qualified accountant and restaurant sector specialist, joins
FishWorks from Searcy's where he was Finance Director and responsible for a
number of high profile businesses and assisted in the sale of this business to
the Alternative Hotel Group at the end of 2007.  Previous to this, Stephen held
positions with Conran Restaurants and Jean Christophe Novelli Restaurants.



Commenting on the appointments, Paul Goodale, the Company's Chief Executive
Officer, said:



"I am delighted to welcome Stephen to the Board.  He brings with him a vast
amount of industry knowledge and a great deal of experience of building and
running successful restaurant businesses. I would also like to take this
opportunity to thank Chris Marsh for his valuable input over the last year."





For the purposes of paragraph (g) of schedule 2 of the AIM rules Stephen
Easthope holds or has held the following directorships over last 5 years:
