Appointment of Administrators 
 
 
The Board of FishWorks regrets to announce that, having carefully considered the 
financial position and prospects of the Company, on 20 January 2009 it appointed 
Michael Jervis of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as Administrators of the Company 
with immediate effect. 
 
 
On 7 January 2009, the Company announced that it had requested a suspension of 
trading of its shares with immediate effect pending clarification of the 
Company's financial position. 
 
 
The Company also announces that it has today been notified by Cenkos Securities 
plc of its resignation as Nominated Adviser and Broker to the Company with 
immediate effect. If within one month of the Company ceasing to have a Nominated 
Adviser the Company has failed to appoint a replacement, the admission of its 
AIM securities will be cancelled.
