In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we
would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's capital consists of 18,706,961 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each.
The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Forest Support Services Plc is
18,706,961.

The above figure (18,706,961) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
