Interim Dividend 
 
The Board of F&C UK Select Trust plc announces that it is declaring an interim 
dividend, in respect of the current financial period, of 0.70 pence per share on 
the ordinary shares of the Company.  This dividend will be paid on 7 May2010 to 
shareholders on the register on 30 April 2010. 
 
An interim dividend in respect of the year to 31 December 2010 of 0.50 pence per 
share on the ordinary shares of the Company has also been declared today.  The 
same payment and record dates attach to that dividend.
