                                Total voting rights

For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, the Company announces that, as at the date of this notice,
the total number of ordinary shares of 20 pence of Greatfleet in issue is
17,793,492. There are no shares held in treasury and so the total number of
voting rights in the Company is currently 17,793,492.

The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.
