Termination of negotiations and withdrawal of cautionary announcements

Further to the cautionary announcements dated 2 July 1999 and 26 July 1999,
shareholders of the companies are advised that negotiations have been
terminated regarding the disposal by GFSA of its holdings in Vogels. 
Accordingly, caution is no longer required when dealing in shares of the
companies.
