The Company announces that it has today allotted and issued 504,346 Ordinary
shares of 1p to satisfy the exercise of share options under the Company's EMI
option scheme.
  
Application will be made for the admission of these shares to trading on AIM,
with trading anticipated to commence on 21 March 2005.
