Global Health Partner ("GHP") announces completion of the acquisitions of Dental
Implants and Gothenburg Medical Centre ("GMC") with a revision to the % interest
acquired in GMC.


Both of the deals have now been completed and the respective financing put in
place in each case. In respect of the Dental Implants transaction there are no
material differences from the original acquisition announcement.

GHP announces that it has decided during the completion process of the
acquisition of GMC to increase its ownership position to 100% of GMC shares.
Total consideration of #903k in cash was paid for this interest at closing on
September 29, 2006.
