GLOBAL MENA FINANCIAL ASSETS LIMITED 
(THE "COMPANY" OR "GMFA") 
CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION OF THE COMPANY'S ORDINARY SHARES TO THE OFFICIAL LIST 
AND TO TRADING ON THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE'S MARKET FOR LISTED SECURITIES 
Further to the Company's announcement on Friday 18 December 2009 in respect of 
the proposed cancellation of admission of the Company's shares to the official 
list of the United Kingdom Financial Services Authority and their trading on the 
London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities and the proposed 
amendments to the Company's articles of incorporation, the directors of the 
Company wish to announce that it has today posted a 
circular to Shareholders, 
incorporating a notice convening an extraordinary general meeting (the "EGM"). 
The EGM is scheduled to take place on 27 January 2010 at 10 a.m. at Arnold 
House, St. Julian's Avenue, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3NF, The Channel 
Islands. 
Copies of the circular have been submitted to the United Kingdom Financial 
Services Authority in accordance with Rule 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules and will 
shortly be available for inspection at the UK Financial Services Authority's 
Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at The Financial Services 
Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS. 
A copy of the Company's amended articles of incorporation and the circular will 
also be available for inspection at the registered office of the Company and at 
the offices of the Company's solicitors, Allen & Overy LLP, One Bishops Square, 
London, E1 6AD, United Kingdom, during normal business hours on any weekday 
(Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays exempted) during the period up to and 
including the day of the EGM. In addition, copies will be available on the 
Company's website, www.gmfa.com.
