Great Portland Estates plc (the "Company")
Grant of Awards under the Great Portland Estates plc Deferred
Share Bonus Plan (the "DSBP") and The Great Portland Estates Long
Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP")
The Company announces that, on 27 May 2022, the following
Directors were granted awards over Ordinary Shares of 15 (5) /(19)
pence each in the Company under the DSBP and LTIP, the number of
shares being calculated using a market price of 645.50 pence per
share:

subject to criteria relating to the Company's performance over the
