Result of General Meeting

Further to the notice posted by the Company on 20(th) March 2015 regarding the sale of its shareholding in Helius CoRDe Limited and cancellation of its admission to trading on AIM, Helius announces that all of the resolutions put to shareholders at the General Meeting held on 7(th) April 2015 were duly passed.

The Company is working to complete the disposal as soon as possible, following which a further update will be announced.
