ISSUE OF EQUITY



The company has issued and allotted, subject to admission, 17,647 new ordinary
5p shares to John Sealey under the Approved Executive Share Option Scheme.  The
consideration for the shares is as follows:

As a result of this notification, John Sealey owns a total holding of the issued
class of 76,047 which represents a total percentage holding of 0.42%.



The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares
of the Company.  Trading is expected to commence on AIM on 18 February 2005.
