Dividend Declaration

The Directors of Henderson Global Trust plc announce that they have declared a fourth interim dividend of 2.5p per ordinary share, in lieu of a final dividend, in respect of the year ended 31 January 2016. The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 3 March 2016 and the dividend paid on 1 April 2016 to shareholders on the register on 4 March 2016.

Together with the first, second and third interim dividends of 2.5p each per ordinary share paid during the year, the total dividend for the year is 10.0p per ordinary share (2015: 10.0p).
