Hercules Property Services Plc - ("Hercules")


On 22 October 2004, Erinaceous Group plc ("Erinaceous") declared the Offer for
Hercules wholly unconditional following Admission of the enlarged group to the
Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.


Hercules announced its final results on 15 September 2004 and stated that the
Board recommends a final dividend of 6.8 pence per share payable on 5 January
2005 to shareholders on the shareholder register on 12 November 2004.


As a consequence of the declared Offer for Hercules becoming wholly
unconditional Hercules announces the cancellation of the final dividend
mentioned above.
