Hawtin announces that, pursuant to the requirements of the Disclosure and 
Transparency Rules, the total number of voting rights as at the date of this 
notice are as follows: 
The Company's issued share capital consists of 100,339,798 ordinary shares of 5p 
each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in 
treasury. 
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their 
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure 
and Transparency Rules.
