DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Hawtin PLC ("Hawtin" or "the Company"), the south Wales based property investment group regrets to announce that Anton Woodhouse (58), a non-executive of the Company, has, due to his wish to concentrate on his other extensive business interests, tendered his resignation with immediate effect. Anton has served as both an executive and non-exective director on the board of Hawtin since his appoinment in April 2003. The board wishes to thank him for his contribution to its deliberations over those years and to wish him every success in the future.
