    Additional Listing

    Application has today been made for 5,000,000 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to trading
on AIM, pursuant to the allotment of shares through the exercise of warrants over ordinary shares.

    It is expected that dealings in these new Ordinary shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued share
capital of the Company, will commence on 30 May 2008.
