                            Directors' Shareholdings


IDMoS is pleased to confirm that the following directors have subscribed for New
Ordinary Shares as part of the placing of 2,111,111 shares to raise
approximately #1.9 million, before expenses on behalf of the Company. The
placing was approved by shareholders on Friday 8 December. Details of their
subsequent shareholdings are set out in the table below. Dealings in the New
Ordinary Shares will commence today.
