Intelligent Environments Group plc is pleased to announce, it has received from 
Companies House the certificate of registration of the court order for the 
cancellation of share premium account. Accordingly the cancellation of share 
premium account is now effective. This now enables the Company to consider the 
payment of dividends in the future.
