    Notification of interests of Director


    On 29 May 2008, options over 4,949,208 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company were granted to Mark Thompson, Chief Executive Officer
of Infonic, under the Company's Share Option Rules.

    The options are exercisable within the period from 29 August 2008 until 29 May 2013.  The exercise price is 5p per share.  No
consideration was paid for the grant of the options.

    Following the grant of these options, Mark Thompson holds options over 10,050,631 ordinary shares in the Company.
