    The Company was notified on 30 May 2008 of the following transaction in its ordinary shares by David Ure, non-executive director:

    David Ure acquired 287,833 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at 5.125p per share on 30 May 2008.  

    Following this purchase, Mr Ure will hold 287,833 Ordinary Shares which represents an interest in 0.11 per cent of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
