Infonic plc ("Infonic" or the "Company") received notification on 14 January 
2009 that, following a transaction in the Company's shares on 9 January 2009, 
Singer & Friedlander Investment Management Ltd now holds less than 5 per cent of 
the Company's issued share capital. The holding, which is registered in the name 
of Sinjul Nominees Ltd, has been transferred to Williams de Broe.
