    Annual Report and Accounts 

    The Company announces that printed copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007 were distributed to
shareholders on 23 April 2008 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and form of proxy. An electronic copy of these documents
will be available from the Company's website at www.ifrcapital.eu as soon as practicable and is also available free of charge for at least
another month from the registered office of the Company. 

    The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 30 Tempon Street, Engomi 2408, PO Box 28006, 2090 Nicosia, Cyprus at 9.00 am on 21
May 2008.
