    High Court Proceedings
    Further to the announcement made on 30th April, ACP Capital and ACP Mezzanine have applied for summary judgement and interim relief in
respect of their claim to flex the margin on a part of IFR Capital's debt. Following the interim hearing in the High Court this week, both
of ACP's applications were rejected, and a trial date was set for July.
