Further re Issue of Shares



The board announced on the 12th March 2007 that application would be made for up
to 651,266 ordinary shares of 1p to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market.
The board  confirms that the actual number of shares that will be admitted to
trading on the 15th March 2007 will be 588,832.



Following admission, there will be 26,035,370 ordinary of 1p in issue.


Following this issue, the directors' interest in the shares of the Company are:


Shane Smith (including shares held through the Smith Trust)      16,890,949
Karen Griffith                                                      969,760


Representing 64.9% and 3.7% of the enlarged Ordinary Share Capital, respectively.
