AGM STATEMENT



At the AGM of the Company earlier today, all the AGM resolutions were duly
passed and the Chairman made the following statement:



"I was pleased to report this summer on maiden annual profits, and to be able to
follow this up in our interim results last month with confirmation of a trend in
revenue and earnings growth which is expected to extend through the second half
of the year.



Building upon last year's work in consolidating our research activities around
our strong team in Mumbai, this year has focused on strengthening the management
team to support development of our sales and product pipeline.  Our core global
equities service currently covers approximately 375 companies, and we are now
ahead of schedule to exceed 400 companies under coverage by December this year.
Our coverage remains in the top-three performing firms ranked by Investars, over
the past one, two and three years.  Meanwhile at the end of September we
launched GEO MonitorTM, a product which fills a gap in the market for a single,
uniform source of research on up-coming initial and secondary public offerings
globally, excluding the United States. Early signs are that the product is being
very well received.  Next month, we expect to enhance our core global research
product with short-term actionable trading strategies, which will be available
at any one time for around 30% of our coverage.  This enhancement is expected to
significantly increase the appeal of our core product for the Hedge Fund
audience in particular.



Further product and service development announcements can be expected in the
next few months.  Most significantly, we continue to prepare our infrastructure
in anticipation, later this year, of announcing a new service.  Extensive market
research confirms a healthy demand for the new service and as a result we expect
its launch to have a significant impact upon the Group.



Finally I expect to be able to report shortly further developments in our
dispute with Google.



Taken together with a number of additional "housekeeping" items, the Group's
revenue growth, strengthened management and sales teams, expanded research
inventory, continued strong research performance, and product and service range
enhancement, provide a strong platform from which to execute the Group's
acquisition strategy and other corporate plans.  We look forward to another
successful year".
