  Termination of Licence, Google settlement and suspension of trading on AIM   

The Company announces that it has received notice that the Smith Trust, whose
trustees comprise Shane Smith (Chairman and Chief Executive of the Company) and
Karen Griffith (a director of the Company), (the "Trust"), has entered into a
settlement agreement with Google Inc. regarding the GMail trademark.

The Company also announces that it has received notice from the Trust seeking
to terminate the licence and buy-back provision contained in the Intellectual
Property Rights Deed of Assignment dated 26 June 2002 (the "Deed") under which
the Company and certain subsidiaries of the Company assigned all intellectual
property rights in relation to the business of the group to the Smith Trust.

The Directors are considering the effect of the above matters and in view of
the uncertainty and the treatment of the above matters under the AIM Rules, the
Company requested that the London Stock Exchange suspend dealings in the
Company's ordinary shares. A further announcement will be made in due course.
