Director appointment 
 
 
 
 
The Board is delighted to announce that Mr. Richard John Clothier, age 64, has 
been appointed as non-executive Chairman of the Company with immediate effect. 
 
 
The Board wishes to thank Albert Klein who has decided to relinquish the 
position of non-executive Chairman and is pleased that he will continue as a 
non-executive director of the Company. 
 
 
Richard is currently the non-executive chairman of four companies including 
Robinson Plc, the packaging group with operations in the UK, Poland and Canada, 
and also of the US-based biotech company Aqua Bounty Technologies Inc., based in 
Boston, USA.  He was previously Chief Executive of Dalgety Plc, the food and 
agribusiness group and he was also a non-executive director of Granada Plc, now 
ITV plc.
