Trading Update

Imagelinx, (AIM: ILI) the provider of graphic brand management services announces that following a supplier review undertaken by one of its significant clients, The Procter & Gamble Company ("P&G"), Imagelinx will cease to supply its services to P&G by next year. P&G has informed the Company that there will be a twelve to eighteen month transition period during which time the P&G current work load will lessen and, as a result, the impact on the Company's earnings for the year to 31 December 2011 is expected to be reduced. Although service levels will be maintained during this transition period, the Company will be seeking to put in place substantial cost savings to mitigate the effect and maintain the longer term prospects of the Company.

The Directors of Imagelinx are pleased to report that earnings in the first quarter of 2011 are ahead of the previous year and are in line with management expectations for that quarter. Since the Company announced its annual results on 23 March 2011 it has been awarded additional brands from an existing customer and this work will begin in the current quarter.
