Grant of Options

Imagelinx announces that on 7 June 2011 it granted 6,000,000 options over new ordinary shares in the Company, exercisable at 1p per share, to Alistair Rae, Chief Executive. The vesting of these options is subject to performance criteria over the next three years.

In addition to this grant, Mr Rae holds 3,000,000 options exercisable at 1.25p and 2,000,000 options exercisable at 3.75p. Mr Rae also holds 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
