Ingenious Live VCT 2 plc (the "Company") announces the following change to the board of directors of the Company (the "Board"). The Company is pleased to announce that Gavin Hamilton-Deeley has been appointed to the Board as a non-executive director on 22 August 2011. Mr Hamilton-Deeley has been appointed as the Chairman of the Company and a member of its audit committee. Mr Hamilton-Deeley is a Chartered Accountant and was a Partner at Deloitte for 25 years, specialising in Media business, before retiring in 2009. He advised clients doing business in the Film, TV, Music, Theatre, Live events and New Media sectors. During his career at Deloitte he advised overseas Governments on inbound film investment, US studios, UK Trade bodies and the major UK broadcasters, as well as independent businesses and high net worth individuals working in Media. Mr Hamilton-Deeley is a committee member of the Cinema and Television Benevolent Fund, one of the largest Media industry charities and is a Past Master and a member of Court of a City Livery company.

Andrew Morris tendered his resignation as chairman and a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 22 August 2011. The Board thanks Mr Morris for the contribution he has made to the Company and wishes him well for the future. No other information is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 R of the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority in relation to the appointment of Mr Hamilton-Deeley to the Board.
