                              DIRECTORATE CHANGE 
 
The Board of the Company is pleased to announce the appointments of Joseph 
Robert McKenna and Andrew Paul Onacko as Executive Directors with effect from 
25 February 2009. 
 
JOSEPH ROBERT MCKENNA 
 
Mr McKenna (aged 46) has over 25 years of experience of senior roles within the 
IT industry. After graduating with a Computing Science degree at University of 
Glasgow he joined International Computers Limited ("ICL", latterly Fujitsu 
Services) in 1984 and went on to hold a number of large IT infrastructure 
management roles, including European IT Director for the ICL Retail business, 
General Manager of an IT outsourcing business in Manufacturing and Logistics, 
International Service Manager and ultimately Director of Technology for the 
EMEA outsourcing business. He has lived and worked in USA and managed large 
international delivery teams. 
 
In 2001, he co-founded Infrasolve Limited and built it into a successful 
business, delivering IT Infrastructure Management solutions to blue chip 
companies in the UK and overseas. Infrasolve Limited was acquired by Innovise 
plc in January 2009.

ANDREW PAUL ONACKO 
 
Mr Onacko (aged 45) has significant industry experience having spent over 25 
years working in IT. Previous appointments include director of managed services 
at Timeplex Limited, as well as various specialist technical roles. 
 
In 1999, Mr Onacko founded Abilitec Limited, a systems integrator that became a 
leader in its field. Under his leadership, Abilitec expanded rapidly and was 
subsequently acquired by Innovise plc in December 2007.
